We ask you to contact her on the day of your arrival to indicate the exact time of your arrival in order to avoid unnecessary waiting.
Usually the CHECK IN is between 15.00 and 20.00, while the CHECK OUT is required by 10.00 in the morning. In case of no overlap of bookings we could be more flexible.
Lara will meet you at the apartment, show you the property and will be available if necessary.
Please note that a damage deposit of € 200 will be collected upon arrival and will be returned upon check out after a quick check-in of the apartment.
It is also provided for the collection of tourist tax, municipal tax, of € 1.00 per night per person. Children under 12 years are exempt.
For the issuance of the electronic invoice we need the following data:
Your first and last name, tax number, address of residence and your E-MAIL
