Dear Guests,

we would like to inform you of some changes made to our services to guarantee you a holiday in total safety and serenity.

To adapt to the needs given by the ongoing health emergency, La Pecora Ladra in the 2022 season offers a service of apartments only with 7 days minimum stay until June 10th it will be possible also book less days) .

In this way we will be able to guarantee you the apartments total sanitization * between one stay and anotherand.

The common areas and the swimming pool area will be sanitized every night * and each apartment will have a dedicated spot for the whole day.

We remind you that each apartment has an equipped kitchenette and therefore breakfast, restaurant and bar services will not be available.

- complete change of linen set
- cleaning (hourly rate)
- home shopping

Cancellation policies
 
Refundable rates
In case of cancellation or changes made up to 30 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. In case of cancellation or changes made up to 29 days before the date of arrival or in case of no-show, 70% of the total amount will be charged. 
Non-refundable rates The full amount can be withdrawn at any time from the date of booking and is non-refundable.
