Here's what you need to know:
-Payment of the stay will be required to check in without any exception, the tourist tax requested in cash;
-Breakfast at the b & b: from 8:30 to 10:00, it have to be booked at check in if it is not included in your offer;
-The reception is open every day from MON to SAB from 8:30 to 13, the DOM from 8:30 to 11:00; +39 3474852643 - info@casarovai.com;
-Check-in: we guarantee the room ready at 13, when possible we receive the guests in advance for free;
-Check-out: no later than 11:00, delay 15 € every 15 minutes;
-Luggage deposit on arrival or departure: free, you need to collect the keys at reception;
-NOTE: we do not have a public bathroom, all the services are private of the rooms;
-WI-FI free, password available in reception;
-Free purified water dispenser is on the left before accessing the reception;
-Non-smoking rooms, terrace available for those who want to smoke;
-Hour of silence: from 22:00 to 10:00 we kindly ask you to plan and do not disturb the guests of the b & b;
-Air conditioning (summer period) manageable at your discretion with the white remote control, to avoid unnecessary waste, please turn off the air conditioning every time you leave the room; a few minutes are needed to let the air conditioner reach the desired temperature. The use of air conditioning in the common rooms is managed by our service staff.
-Heating (winter period) instead is centralized and programmed by a chrono-thermostat that regulates temperatures and times of ignition automatically. Please note that energy saving regulations require not exceeding 20 C.

-Personal assistance for planning your city tour
-Booking of tickets and / or purchase (museums, shows, train and bus)
-Restaurant reservations, tour reservations and guided tours
