The fee includes access to the API service, the integration process, final certification, an official announcement post on our social channels and logo placement in our Partner Hub.
If development is handled independently, there are no additional costs. Technical support will be available whenever needed.

Important questions
What does the Octorate API license cover?
The license granted by Octorate is non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable and limited. It allows the user to use the APIs only to integrate Octorate services with their own systems, without the right to modify, copy, distribute, decompile or exploit them in ways other than those set out in the agreement.
What happens if I do not pay for Octorate services?
Access to the APIs depends on payment for Octorate services. If the user does not meet payment obligations, API access may be suspended or revoked. In that case, the user will not be entitled to request compensation or indemnity.
Can I modify or distribute the Octorate APIs?
No. The user is not authorized to modify, copy, distribute, decompile or exploit the APIs in any way, except to integrate Octorate services with their own systems as provided by the contract. Any use other than the permitted use violates the terms of the agreement.
What happens if I exceed API call limits?
Octorate reserves the right to impose call limits to protect its infrastructure. If the user exceeds these limits, API access may be suspended. It is important to respect the limits set by Octorate, which may change them at any time to ensure the efficiency and security of its infrastructure.
